Monte Azul

The nonprofit Associação Comunitária Monte Azul is a day-to-day, one-stop shop for people in the slums of São Paulo, Brazil. Together with the residents and the city administration, the NGO runs a variety of initiatives and aid projects – with the aim of making life more decent on the ground and, in particular, providing comprehensive support to children, young people and women.

Freunde der Erziehungskunst Rudolf Steiners

We are consultants and coaches absolutely passionate about the challenge of human development and organizations. Since 2002, we have been involved in various market segments and organizations of different sizes – inspired by Anthroposophy and Social Ecology – to support the development of the Human Being so that he can be a protagonist of the transformation of his company and society.

Initiative network threefolding

The network, founded in 1989, compiled by individuals, organisations and institutions, is committed to the threefolding of the social organism, associative economics and cultural freedom. Where people take on social tasks responsibly, the social structure must become permeable for such initiative. To this purpose, the network publishes a quarterly printed newsletter ‘The Threefold Social Organism’.

The International Youth Initiative Program

The International Youth Initiative Program (YIP) is a 10 month residential holistic education, based in Järna, Sweden, where youth between 18-28 gather from around the world to live and learn together in community. The program follows a flow that leads the participant from Outer to Inner and from Community & Collaboration to Personal Initiative.

One of the courses is Governance & Activism by Gerald Häfner and social activist Kait Ziegler (US). After 12 years of YIP, there is a vibrant network of young change makers spread around the world.

EcoSocial

The Friends of Waldorf Education help you find projects from A-Z or Waldorf schools on the world school list. Furthermore, we are committed to help initiatives that require urgent assistance. Learn about our “Project of the Month” or initiatives currently looking for financial help.

Institute for Social Threefolding Berlin

Since 1998 the Institute for Social Threefolding has endeavoured to make Rudolf Steiner’s Threefolding better known, and to provide advice on attempts at concrete implementation. The institute consists of young and old people of different origin, education and convictions. The website, which is filled with articles and essays, makes it possible to acquire profound background knowledge. It is also possible to study threefolding at the institute.

The School of Spiritual Science is responsible for research in the spiritual field, for stimulating and dealing with practical questions and for continuing education in anthroposophically oriented fields of work. Today the university is divided into one general anthroposophical section and ten specialist sections. The work is based on the course in the humanities held by Rudolf Steiner in 1924 for the members of the university as part of their first class. The university has its headquarters and coordination centre at the Goetheanum and its work takes place worldwide in the contexts in which members of the university are active.
